former USSR transistors

well , don't know if I'm at the right place but I take my chances !
so here she goes :
I have a former USSR effect ( called Effect Bay-Bay , thus Effect Vau-Vau or Wah-Wah , build at Krasnoseljskaja street) and I'm getting the schematic out of the hardware . In this effect they used some realy old fashioned MP41A germanium transistors ( although here dated 01.81 they're already to be found in a 1968 transistor receiver) , with the battery positive to the ground.Others transistors are KT203B ( or KT203V) .From both I have found some data sheets ,those aren't the problem , the other are !
The're two with only "G"(in cyrillic) marked on them and another with KD302BM ( or KD302VM) I wonder what that last electronic device is , because it's marked on the pcb with cyrilic E , I and K ,not E B K as usual transistors .The "G" marked are transistors due to E,B,K markings on the pcb. Those "G" 's can also be found in Formanta , Borisov Solo II & Bass I .
Do you know something about them ( those "G" and KD302BM ), have you some data about those ussr transistors ...or if not :do you know someone who has ?
thanks !

Hi, sorry for my english.

Are you sure that кд203 is a transistor? So usually denoted by a diode.

кт - Кремневый Транзистор (silicon transistor)
кд - Кремневый Диод (silicon diode)

for example: [link]

Hi, lordbizarre!
KD302BM - this wrong designation. Correct designation - КП302ВМ !
The metall-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor!

Analogs of components:

МП41А - 2SB175, AC542, ОС75, 2N2428, 2N369, 2SB120, 2SB175
КТ203В - 2N2276, 2N2277, 2N2372, 2N2373

And at last,
КП302В - 2N3972, MFE2098(but other body)

It so easy...
Good luck!

yes it's that effect !
thanks very much for the info , my schematic is complete now ( and the same as in the link ) !
