Early Musima Bass

Hello, I am new to the site, but enjoying the information and pictures. I recently bought a Musima semi-acoustic bass, it looks similar to a 1655, but is really quite different. I am guessing it is from about 1962? The frets are missing, but otherwise it appears all original, apart from the tuner buttons. The neck has a bow in it, but has responded to heat treatment. I will fret it and enjoy playing it. I am curious to know the date and model name. I have seen one similar in a photograph on the front of a Musima Catalog online. The bass has a 28” scale. I love it! I would also like to find correct tuner buttons if that is possible. I hope you like the photos.

This is the catalog cover I saw, the tailpiece is different, but this looks a lot like my bass.
